Create reusable microwave-safe kitchen projects with MicroWrap No Scrim Cotton Batting from Camelot Fabrics' Behind the Seams collection. Made from 100% natural cotton with no scrim, this specialty batting is designed for sewing microwave-safe bags, bowl cozies, tortilla warmers, potato bags, corn bags, and other food-safe kitchen accessories.

Measuring 36" x 45" (114 cm x 91 cm), this pre-cut batting retains moisture while heating, helping potatoes bake evenly, corn steam beautifully, and tortillas or rolls stay warm longer. The soft cotton construction also provides loft and body for quilting and craft projects.

MicroWrap is easy to sew using a standard sewing machine and works well with 100% cotton fabrics and cotton thread for microwave-safe projects. Since natural cotton batting may shrink 3–5%, pre-soaking the batting in hot water for approximately 20 minutes before use is recommended to minimize shrinkage.

Finished projects are machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle and may be tumble dried on low. Hand washing and dry cleaning are also suitable.
